Chris has performed in the State College, Pennsylvania area since the early 1970s as a trombonist, singer, and actor. He sang two seasons with the Houston Symphony Chorale including performing with Leonard Bernstein. His first paying gig was with a Dixieland Band at age thirteen.

Chris is the alumni relations manager for the College of the Liberal Arts at Penn State and a part-time instructor for Penn State Fitness. He lives in Boalsburg with his wife, Lisa, and occasionally with his children, college students Cedric and Sarah.
