Andy started his musical journey spending summers at the Interlochen Arts academy, playing trumpet.

In high school, Andy played for Royalty and several presidents and heads of state. He also had the chance to star in the 20th Century Fox production of TAPS, playing the title role.

After high school, Andy joined the US Army Band, and attended the Armed Forces School of Music in Little Creek Virginia. While in the Army, Andy played in various dance bands, quintets, and concert bands. When the first Gulf War ended, Andy continued to play at Penn State University earning a BS in Engineering.

During the day, Andy is a project manager for a local software company.
